MILLION-2-1 LIMITED TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1 GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1 Introduction
Our Terms and Conditions set out the rules which are applicable to Our dealings with You. You should ensure that You read these Terms and Conditions carefully as, amongst other things, they set limitations on the liability of Us to You and detail the circumstances in which We may be entitled to withhold payments to You. In the event of conflict between the main terms and the "Games Specific Terms" that the "Games Specific Terms" shall prevail.
1.2 Defined Terms
Words set out in these Terms and Conditions which start with capital letters
have the meanings as set out below:
(a) "Games" means each of the Games which may be made available to
You by Us whether delivered via the Website, text message or any other means
including, but not limited to, fixed odds betting opportunities offered under a
bookmakers' permit issued by the South Cheshire Magistrates Court.
(b) "IPR" means intellectual property rights which include, but are
not limited to copyrights, registered designs, patents, trademarks, service
marks, design rights (whether registered or unregistered) semiconductor rights,
database rights, trade secrets, rights of confidence and all other similar
rights (including applications for the registration of any of the foregoing
rights) and all other renewals and extensions thereof in any part of the world.
(c) "Our", "We" or "Us" means Million-2-1
Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number 04006717).

(d) "Services" means any of the services which may be offered to You
by Us whether delivered via the Website, text message or any other means.
(e) "Terms and Conditions" means these terms and conditions which set
out the rules applicable to Our dealings with You as may be amended by Us from
time to time.
(f) "Website" means Our website with the URL
"million21.com".
1.3 Acceptance of Our Terms and Conditions
Our Terms and Conditions apply to everyone to whom We provide Services. In
addition, certain rules specific to individual Games may apply and any such
rules shall be published on the Website and shall be deemed incorporated into
Our Terms and Conditions.
1.4 Changes to Our Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to review and revise Our Terms and Conditions from time to
time without giving You prior notice and by using the Services and / or playing
the Games subsequent to any revision of Our Terms and Conditions, You agree to
be bound by such changes.
2 REGISTERING AND OPENING YOUR ACCOUNT WITH US
2.1 Requirement to Register
If you want to play any of the Games via the Website You must first register
and open an account with Us using the "My Account" facility available on the
Website. You can only play Games via the Website using an account.
2.2 About You
In order to register and open an account with Us You must: (a) Be aged 18 years
or over.
(b) Be able to comply with all of Our Terms and Conditions.
(c) Not be an employee of Us, an employee of any third party engaged in
providing services to Us or a bookmaker.
By registering and opening an account with Us You warrant that the information
set out above (together with any other information which You may from time to
time provide to Us, whether as part of the registration process or otherwise)
is complete, true, accurate and not misleading in any way.
2.3 Account Number and Password
As part of the registration process Your mobile number will be Your account
number and You will select a password which You must not disclose to anyone
else. Your attention is drawn to the provisions of paragraphs 8.1(d) and 8.2.
2.4 Rules Applicable to Your Account
(a) Deposits by Mobile phone
We will currently only accept deposits to Your account via the mobile phone
which You registered for Your account. On registering You will be sent a
security code which, once entered will credit Your account with points.
(b) One Mobile phone per Account
We will accept registration of only one mobile phone number per account. We
will accept registration by You of more than one account with Us but on the
condition that You use a different mobile phone number for each account which
You register.
(c) Points Limits
The following limits apply to Your account:
Minimum Individual Deposit: £3.00 will credit 300 points to Your account.
Maximum Number of Individual Deposits in any One Day: 5.
Maximum Number of Individual Deposits over any Seven Day Period: 35

(d) Overdrawn Accounts
You may only place bets up to the number of points in Your account. We will not
accept any bet which You may seek to place which is in excess of the points in
Your account. We do not allow the operation of over-drawn accounts.
(e) Promotional Campaigns and Competitions
In the event that as part of any competition or other promotional event
operated by Us or on Our behalf We credit Your account, such credit may only be
used by You to place bets and may have an expiry date attached to it after
which such credit will no longer be available to You. You will not be entitled
to claim from Us the financial value of any such unused credits (whether as a
result of closing Your account or otherwise).
Any competition or other promotional event may have its own specific rules
which shall be deemed incorporated into Our Terms and Conditions.
(f) Transfer of Points
Points purchased or won by You are personal to the account to which those
points are credited and are not transferable to any other account.
(g) Inactive Accounts
In the event that your Account has been inactive for 6 months you will lose any points remaining in your account.
2.5 Payment of Prizes and Withdrawals from Your Account
Any points which may be allocated by Us to You shall always in the first
instance be.credited to Your account with Us.
Subject to compliance with Our Terms and Conditions, You may only withdraw Your
points from Your account provided that there are sufficient points in Your
account to cover the amount of any prize. Withdrawals will only be paid by Us
in points and the following restrictions apply:
(a) Frequency of Withdrawals
Maximum Number of Withdrawals in any One Day: 1.
(b) Methods of Withdraw:
Once You have achieved the points total at which You can exchange for a prize,
and You wish to exchange the points for a prize, we will contact You and
request proof of age, address and mobile phone owner before issuing You with
the prize. Once we have verified You, we will arrange delivery of the prize to
You. Any points remaining after exchange will still show in Your account.
(c) Closing Your account If You inform Us that You wish to close Your account,
subject to Our Terms and Conditions You will lose any points remaining in your
account.
(d) Substitute Prizes We reserve the right from time to time to substitute
prizes offered on the Website for alternative prizes of the same or greater
value.
(e) If you have won one of our prizes we will contact you in writing to request confirmation of ownership of the mobile phone you used to participate in any of our Services together with proof of age. Should you not respond to this written request within 28 days of the date of the letter you will lose your entitlement to your prize.
2.6 Opt out facility
At any time, You may request that We place a block on Your account which will
result in You being unable to play any Games via the account in question. You
can do this by emailing Us at Info@million21.com or by telephoning Us on 0870
197 9095.
Once in place, You may request that We remove any block on Your account but
only after such block has been in place for a minimum of seven consecutive
days.
3 RULES GOVERNING GAMES
3.1 Outcome of the Games
The outcome of fixed odds betting Games is determined by a random number
generator.
3.2 Maximum and Minimum Stakes and Payouts
We reserve the right to set and amend at any time the maximum and minimum value
of stakes. These limits will be set out and updated (as appropriate) in the
specific rules applicable to the Game in question.
We reserve the right to set and amend at any time caps on the maximum value of
points wins on any Game. This cap is currently set at 1,000,000 points for all
Games.
You may win up to 5,000 points by playing the Games in any period of 24 hours.
In the event that in any period of 24 hours Your points exceeds 5,000 points
You will be excluded from participating in all Games and will not be entitled
to place any further stakes until the expiry of that 24 hour period. Any bets
which You do attempt to place once this 5,000 points limit has been exceeded
shall be deemed automatically void and whilst We will credit Your account with
the points You will not be entitled to claim any prizes which would (had You
not been excluded from playing) have been attributable to those stakes.
3.3 Confirmation of Receipt of Bets
The Website, together with any promotional or other material issued by Us
constitutes an invitation to treat only. Unless and until You receive from Us
confirmation that any wager placed by You has been accepted by Us, such wager
shall not be binding upon us.
In making any decision as to when and / or whether or not a wager was placed by
You, Our records (including, but not limited to, those of Our server) shall be
final.
4 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
4.1 All IPR subsisting in the Website and its content, the Games and the
Services is either owned by Us or licensed to Us. You may not reproduce any
materials without the express prior written consent of Us nor do or attempt to
do anything which infringes the Our IPR or any IPR use of which may be licensed
to Us by a third party including, but not limited to, by seeking to identify
the source code of any Game.
5 DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF our LIABILITY to you
5.1 Although We have made all reasonable efforts to ensure that the Website is
free from viruses and other damaging components, we cannot guarantee this.
Neither can We guarantee that use of the Website will be uninterrupted, timely,
secure and / or error-free.
5.2 Except in relation to death or personal injury caused by Our negligence or
for fraudulent misrepresentation (in which cases Our liability to You will be
unlimited) our liability to You shall be limited to the amount (if any) in Your
account together with the amount of any winnings which may have become due to
You.
5.3 In any event, We will not be liable for any damages or losses whether direct
or indirect that You may suffer as a result of failure by us to deliver the
Games and / or Services (including, but not limited to, as a result of a server
failure), including but not limited to access delays or interruptions, data
non-delivery or mis-delivery, any acts of God, war or terrorism, breaches of
security or unauthorised use of personal data arising from hacking and / or
failure or lack of reception of telephone or mobile telephone networks. The
exclusion set out in this paragraph shall apply even in the event that the loss
or damage suffered by You was or should have been foreseen by Us and / or You
told Us of the risk of You suffering the loss or damage in question.
5.4 We are not responsible for any websites which You may visit via hyperlinks
provided on the Website and You visit and carry out transactions on such
websites entirely at Your own risk.
5.5 This Site and its contents are provided by Million21.com on an "as is" and
"as available" basis and no representations or warranties of any kind are made
(and are expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted under law) with
respect to the Website and its contents, the Services and the Games.
6 YOUR LIABILITY TO US AND YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
6.1 You agree to fully indemnify Us in respect of all liabilities, damages,
claims, actions, expenses, demands or costs incurred by Us due to Your misuse
of the Website or any breach by You of Our Terms and Conditions.
6.2 Nothing contained in Our Terms and Conditions shall affect any statutory
rights which You may be entitled to as a consumer.
7 SUSPENSION BY US OF YOUR ACCOUNT / REFUSAL OF WAGERS:
7.1 We reserve the right to refuse any application to open an account and / or
to suspend and / or terminate Your account:
(a) At any time at our sole discretion and without providing You with reasons
for Our decision.
(b) In the event that it transpires that any information You may have provided
to Us (including, but not limited to, as a result of the registration process)
is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, out of date or otherwise misleading.
(c) In the event that You fail to provide Us with any information which We may
reasonably request from You in order to verify any details which You may have
provided to Us.
(d) In the event that You are in breach of Our Terms and Conditions or
otherwise use the Website in an unauthorised manner.
7.2 In the event that We suspend Your account as a result of any failure by You
to provide Us with any information which We may have reasonably requested from
You in order to verify any details which You may have provided to Us and You
fail to provide such information to us within 3 months, We reserve the right to
terminate Your account and any points which may be held in it will be lost.
Pending receipt by Us of the information in question, You will not be entitled
to withdraw any points from Your account.
7.3 Any wager which You may seek to place is accepted solely at Our discretion
and We reserve the right to limit or refuse in whole or in part any wager
without providing You with a reason for this.
8 YOUR OBLIGATIONS
8.1 Your obligations include:
(a) You must inform Us immediately if any of Your account details or other
personal information changes. You can do this using the "My Account" facility,
by emailing Us at info@Million21.com or by writing to Us at Ducie House, 37
Ducie Street, Manchester, M1 2JW.
(b) You must inform Us immediately should any mobile phone which You have
registered with Us become lost or is stolen. You can do this by emailing Us at
customerservices@million21.com.
(c) You must inform Us immediately of any actual or suspected unauthorised use
of Your account (including, but not limited to, Your password). You can do this
by emailing Us at customerservices@million21.com.
(d) Each individual wishing to play Games must register with Us. Your account
and the use of it is personal to You and is Your responsibility. In the event
that it transpires that winnings were obtained as a result of a person other
than You using Your account (whether with Your permission or not) the
provisions of paragraph 8.2 will apply.
(e) Games are provided by Us for Your personal use. You must not seek to
commercially exploit any of the Games and / or Services.
(f) The Games and Services which We offer are intended for use by customers
resident in the United Kingdom. It is Your sole responsibility for ensuring
that if You are not resident in the United Kingdom You are able to legally use
the Services and play the Games in accordance with the laws of Your country of
residence.
(g) You must not do or attempt to do anything which could hamper or otherwise
interfere with the operation of the Website.
(h) Each Game must be played through the medium(s) of communication specified
for the Game in question (for example, via the Website, text message). We will
not accept attempts to participate via any other medium(s) of communication.
(i) You must not use the Website for any unlawful purpose or for the
publication of, linking to, issue or display of any unlawful material (such
terms to include, but not be limited to, any pirated software or any material
which is obscene, pornographic, threatening, malicious, harmful, abusive,
defamatory or which breaches the rights (including, but not limited to IPR) of
Us and / or any third party or which encourages criminal acts or contains any
virus, or other harmful code).
8.2 We will not pay any winnings or prizes which may be due to You in the event
that You breach any of Our Terms and Conditions. In addition, a breach of Our
Terms and Conditions may constitute an offence of fraud and result in criminal
prosecution.
9 GAM CARE
9.1 We have registered with Gam Care who are an independent organisation
committed to the promotion of responsible gambling.
10 PRIVACY POLICY AND DATA PROTECTION CONSENT
10.1 Information which You provide to Us as part of the registration process and
other information which You may supply to Us is subject to Our Data Protection
and Privacy Statement.
10.2 The current version of our Data Protection and Privacy Statement shall be
deemed incorporated into Our Terms and Conditions. You can view this Statement

11 LAW AND JURISDICTION
11.1 Our Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with English Law. Both You and Us hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the English courts.
12 UNDERAGE PLAY
12.1 It is illegal for anyone under 18 to place Million-2-1 bets. We have taken
steps to ensure that our bets do not attract young people and our age
verification procedure prevents under 18's playing. However, we do ask that if
young people have access to a computer with internet access and a mobile phone,
you take an active interest in their use.
